At Glodyne, Ashok is responsible for Infrastructure Management Services delivery. Ashok’s area of focus is to build Infrastructure capabilities for US and India geography, and drive the Quality and internal IT initiative across Glodyne. Ashok is an MBA from Narsee Monjee Institute of management studies and is also a certified PMP. Ashok brings in 25 years of diverse experience in Managed services, having worked with organizations like HP and Wipro. |

At Glodyne, Binod is responsible for various e-governance project Initiatives. Mr. Mishra brings 30 years of rich experience in handling operations, maintenance, systems planning, designing & implementation. Prior to Glodyne, he was ‘Head- Integrated Customer Operations' (Enterprise Business) at Reliance Communication. Mr. Mishra is B.E in electronics & telecommunications & has specialized in computer science from BIT. He has also participated in management development program conducted by IIM, Calcutta & has attended ‘Six Sigma Black Belt' training. |

Ms Sarnaaik is the co-founder and Executive Director at Glodyne. She oversees all the operating business units of the company. Divvyani provides executive leadership to ensure operations excellence in the Company. In addition, Divvyani takes an active role in the pursuit of developing leadership pipeline in the organization. Divvyani has an overall experience of more than 19 years in the areas of Information Technology, Operations and Finance. She holds an MBA in Finance from Mumbai University.

Neal is the CEO of Glodyne DecisionOne and is responsible for Glodyne’s North America Operations. Neal has more than 25 years of in areas including technology, finance, healthcare, travel, and business services, before joining Glodyne DecisionOne he was with Cerberus Capital Management. He been the COO at Focus Diagnostics’ Pharmaceutical Services, has spent ten years at the Dun & Bradstreet Corporation in various senior management roles, and he was also the Vice President, Marketing and Chief Information Officer of Rosenbluth International, a leading corporate travel and business services company. Neal has pursued BA in Economics and Government from Dartmouth College and MBA from Amos Tuck School of Business Administration of Dartmouth College |

Neeraj handles the Corporate Strategy and Planning function at Glodyne. The current areas of his focus span across business strategy and providing planning, measurement support to the organization. He is responsible for business planning/strategic support, post merger integration and performance management within Glodyne. Neeraj holds an MBA from Kellogg school of Management and Mechanical Engineering degree from NIT Kurukshetra. He brings a diverse set of experience in business consulting and sales/marketing with organizations like IBM, Xerox and ZS Associates. |

Shantanu drives the various go-to-market strategies and he also oversees the strategic business objectives including identifying new opportunities, development and monetization of market-led services, customer relationship management and sales strategy. Shantanu has an experience of more than 15 years in the field of IT Services. A CBSE all India topper and a gold medalist in engineering from Institute of Technology, Benaras Hindu University, Shantanu holds an MBA from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies.

At Glodyne, Uday is responsible for implementing large transformational e-governance IMS projects in India. Uday was the co-founder and ex-CTO of Compulink Sytems, a leader in program management space and joined Glodyne’s management team as a result of merger of Compulink with Glodyne.He has worked with Zenith, Hinditron, Key Information Systems, Dubai and TTSL Barbados and USA . He is bachelor in Physics and Advanced Electronics, Masters in Computer Management and Diploma in Business Management from University of Pune.

Vishwas was the co-founder and ex-CEO of Compulink Sytems, a leader in program management space and joined Glodyne’s management team as a result of merger of Compulink with Glodyne. His prior experience includes PSI Data systems, Hinditron, Digital Equipments India and Key Information Technology, Dubai. He has completed MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management. Vishwas is Charter Member of TiE and core member of NASSCOM Emerging and Product Forum.
