Software Engineer (QA)
Job Description
  • Responsible for enhancing and developing QA Test Plans and designing test automation strategies.

  • Duties will include working closely with developers to define business process test strategies;  understanding business and functional requirements to develop test plans, automation scripts and test cases; executing test scripts; identifying discrepancies; reporting defects utilizing the bug tracking application; communicating with the development team via established process tracing them to resolution; participating in continuous process improvement; and customizing Quality Center tool to be used for software tickets, change management, and testing. Will also write project documentation and Policies and Procedures document for complete Software team.

Qualification
  • Bachelor’s or foreign acad. equiv. in Computer Science or related field.

  • Experience with QTP, Quality Center, SAP, Java Script, HTML, and Apache Server reqd.

 

IMS Delivery Manager
Job Description
  • Looking for a candidate who is passionate about customer service and has a strong work ethic. Customer Service experience in IT company is preferred.
